Welcoming Mayor Paul Bristow to The Hamptons Hospital August 11, 2025

We were delighted to welcome Paul Bristow, Mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, for a visit to The Hamptons Hospital—an opportunity to showcase the world-class healthcare facilities we’ve built right here in the heart of Peterborough.

During his visit, Mr Bristow toured our hospital grounds and met with members of our dedicated team, guided by David Winters, Director of Hospital Operations and Strategy. From the tranquil setting to our expert-led services, the Mayor was impressed by the high standards of care we provide for both private and NHS patients across Peterborough, the Hamptons and wider Cambridgeshire.

In particular, Mr Bristow took a keen interest in the work we’re doing to support the NHS in reducing waiting times—an issue that continues to impact communities across the country.

By offering fast, safe, and personalised care in a modern environment, we’re proud to play a meaningful role in helping to ease NHS backlogs and improve access to vital treatments.

The visit was a wonderful recognition of the hard work, dedication, and ambition that drive our team every day. From our reception staff to our clinical experts, everyone at The Hamptons Hospital is united in a shared mission: to deliver outstanding care and make a lasting difference to the community we serve.

Just like Paul, we’re proud to support local excellence—in healthcare, in partnerships and in the region we call home.

BBC Features The Hamptons Hospital and Our Mission to Redefine Local Healthcare July 14, 2025

We’re proud to share that The Hamptons Hospital has been featured by the BBC, who took a keen interest in our continued growth and the bold plans we have to reshape how healthcare is delivered in Peterborough and beyond.

As highlighted in the article, demand for our services has grown faster than anticipated since opening in 2023; a clear sign that people are seeking faster, more personal, and more connected care.

What we’re building goes far beyond a hospital. We’re working towards a much bigger vision: to create the UK’s first fully integrated health village, a place where private and NHS patients alike can access everything from diagnostics and surgery to dental care, autism support, vision services and even wellness treatments like hot and cold therapy.

The BBC’s interest reflects the impact we’re already having in the local community, and the scale of what’s to come.

We’re proud that our hard work is being recognised, and we remain focused on delivering the care people need now, while building a healthier future for Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.

Thank you to our staff, patients and partners for helping to bring this vision to life.

Proud to Support Local Excellence: Congratulations to PUFC on their Historic Win April 13, 2025

Everyone at The Hamptons Hospital would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Peterborough United on their historic EFL Trophy win at Wembley. As proud sponsors of the club, we’re thrilled to see Posh make history once again—becoming the first side to retain the EFL Trophy and one of only two teams to win it three times.

This moment isn’t just about football. It’s about pride, perseverance and the spirit of a city that rallies together.

From the electric atmosphere at Wembley to the waves of blue and white across Peterborough, this win is a testament to the loyalty of Posh fans, the commitment of the players and the energy that drives this community forward.

Earlier in the season, we were proud to welcome the PUFC squad to The Hamptons Hospital, where they toured our state-of-the-art facilities, met members of our specialist medical team and some young fans. As they continue to train, recover, and perform at the highest level, we remain committed to supporting their journey—because excellence on the pitch deserves excellence in care.

At The Hamptons Hospital, we’re proud to support local excellence—on the pitch, in healthcare and across Peterborough. We believe in backing ambition, whether it’s in sport or in health, and we couldn’t be prouder to stand behind a club that brings so much joy and unity to the city.

Here’s to the team, the fans and a city on the rise. Well done, Posh!

Spreading Smiles This Easter: Hamptons Hospital Supports Little Miracles April 11, 2025

At The Hamptons Hospital, community is at the heart of everything we do—and this Easter, our staff showed just how strong that spirit is.

Thanks to a generous outpouring of donations from colleagues across the hospital, we were able to collect more than 70 Easter eggs and a range of other chocolate treats for Little Miracles, a local charity supporting children with additional needs, disabilities, and life-limiting conditions, along with their families.

The collection was organised by one of our team members, Alison Jones, who explained how the initiative came together:

“Yarwell Mill’s Residents Event Group (REG) is always fundraising for local charities, and this year they chose Little Miracles. When REG asked residents to donate an Easter egg or two, I thought it was a wonderful idea and extended the ask to my colleagues at The Hamptons Hospital. To my surprise and absolute joy, the staff came together and we had an overwhelming response—over 70 Easter eggs and plenty of other chocolate goodies for Little Miracles!”

On the day of the handover, we were thrilled to welcome Lauren and her daughter Ava, who visited the hospital to collect the donations on behalf of Little Miracles. Ava had even made a beautiful thank-you card, now proudly displayed in our staff area as a reminder of the difference we can make when we come together.

We’re incredibly proud to support the incredible work of Little Miracles, and we hope the Easter gifts brought joy to the children and families they serve.
